This was their fancy take of #indianstreetfood
I liked it. The puffed rice was actually fun to eat and really tasty. They spiced it up with a nice array of spices which is not overpowering n has a lovely balance with the whole dish. Thr’s chopped tomatoes there as well n squeeze sm lime to pimp it all up.
