I absolutely loved this crunchy Asian-style slaw with spring onions, peppers and sweetcorn with a soya dressing sachet. The base of this slaw reminds me a lot of their rainbow slaw, which I am a big fan of.
I served it with vegan prawns and that was so, so good!
Highly recommend. I will probably be buying this again.
