Planta Queen的Mushroom and green papaya carpaccio — ritabon的评论 (2023年1月13日)

This dish was part of the NYE dinner menu and it was delicious. I loved the combination of the “meaty” texture of the mushrooms and the freshness of the green papaya. Out of four appetizers, this was my favourite.
