This Silk heavy whipping cream alternative tastes exactly like dairy whipping cream. Most other vegan whipping creams that I have tried have a slight coconut flavor which is fine if you're making something coconutty but it doesn't always work. This one doesn't taste at all like coconut.
It whips up really nice and fluffy, and it does not collapse like dairy cream does.
Of course like any heavy cream this is not healthy, but it's nice for a special occasion.
