Review of Crispy Floss Maki at Herbivore by katherinegloria

The crispy floss maki is amazing on so many levels 🥢 I love the contrast between the crispiness of the floss and the stickiness of the japanese white rice. The sushi is filled with raw ‘salmon’, avocado and cucumbers (which gives it an extra crunch!). It is also drizzled with vegan mayo and teriyaki sauce on top to give it that finished flavour. What more can I say.

Herbivore has the best sushis in town. I still prefer their avocado or ‘unagi’ makis over this, but I am in no means undermining how great this one was as well.
