I guess I’m naive because I didn’t realize how much sugar is in cornbread mix! I couldn’t find any without it or any recipes without it. For this mix from 365 Whole Foods Market, I used an overripe banana instead of oil and flax instead of eggs. I actually like them! The texture and consistency is different but they still taste good to me. #dentalandlentils
