An interesting take on chicken rice. The rice and the soup are quite good, the “chicken” part is, in fact, much less processed than I expected, and you can see and taste chunks of jackfruit there. Not necessarily a bad thing in itself but I’d say the texture is not firm enough for an imitation of fillet or patty.
