This was supposed to be a vegan cheese filled kofta. Turns out it was basically just bulgur pressed together (which was very dry and falling apart) and the cheese was a cheese flavored cream. The overall result was very greasy. I won't be ordering it ever again. #curitiba #curitibacapitalvegana
