I liked this as a ground meat/mince substitute in my stuffed bell peppers/capsicums. Much greater potential of enjoyability when not overcooked next time. I stir fried, then baked and not enough sauce. 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Not a lot of flavor on its own and I like that because it is a flexible ingredient I want to add varying spices to depending on the dish. The name is cute and the blurb on the box made me smile, “Meet your Mince Charming and have a meaty feast, without the Beast.” Awww…
