I use raw cashews to make these blue cheeses, and brie, for our holiday cheese board. The only ingredients I use are the cashews, a bit of salt and cheese cultures. These are aged just like dairy cheese, so they can take up to 8 weeks, but the hardest part is the waiting.🤤
I buy these from Trader Joe's because they are less expensive there than any place locally, (unless I buy in bulk).

Wow from that to that! Amazing. While I love a good nut cheese, I haven’t gotten into them bc they all seem to call for nutritional yeast and I’d be cheating bc I’m yeast intolerant. Working on being better so I’ll admire from afar.😍
