This is a faux- chicken dish with onions and ginger.

It resembles a soy based protein (not sure) but it has a good flavor with an excellent texture.

I love the onion and ginger combo and it's served with broccoli and white rice 🍚

I ordered take-out so the presentation will look different when dining there.

I loved it and will order again 😋
