I take this supplement because I am not really sure if I can eat enough iron rich foods daily. I haven't noticed any bad effects from it and I think it is a good supplement not just for vegans because it has all natural ingredients freeze dried to retain their nutrients.It contains rose hips, stabilized rice bran, green barley grass and acai berry.
