These Arancini balls consists of cauliflower rice and mushrooms with homemade vegan cheese. Served with hummus and fresh tomato salsa on the side. Crispy arancini balls. Texture of the cauliflower and mushroom balls was good. Love the hummus too! Gorgeous ambience at Hungry Tapir!
