I wanted to get a yogurt that had a little more protein in it because some other brands only have a few grams per serving at most. This has 6g of #protein, 3g of #fiber, and 8g of #addedsugars. The texture is excellent. The flavor is ok, not spectacular but still fine. The #vanilla flavor isn't too strong so it would be great with some mix-ins like granola or fruit!
#glutenfree #soyfree #nutfree and made with #oatmilk as clearly labeled on the front. Non-dairy yogurt cultures and #probiotic cultures are also labeled on the back with the ingredients.
