This dish was incredible!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. The tofu had a perfect crunchy exterior and was covered in a spicy-sweet peanut sauce. I loved the bright pops of flavor from the pickled slaw and herbs, and the jasmine rice was fluffy and perfectly cooked. This portion was huge and I actually got two or three meals out of it. It was very filling and satisfying. The people in the restaurant were super nice and made this for me right as they were closing, and I was so thankful they did 😛 Definitely going back next time I’m in Baltimore. #tofulover #ricebowl #tofu #baltimore
