Had panic bought this bag of frozen sweet potatoes before the holiday in case we ended up with guests and I needed more dishes quickly.
I ended up eating these with a mini roast. Rather than make a casserole for one I ate these on their own with some vegan butter but I can see how this would have come in clutch for making a casserole as it would 1) save time and 2) the mash cooks down to a perfect texture!
It is a bit of a bummer to waste plastic when sweet potatoes can be bought without any but this is a really great product for those who might not have the time or ability to bake and mash whole sweet potatoes.
There are no added ingredients, only sweet potatoes. They taste delicious and have a wonderful texture.
