Calling all bleu cheese lovers! This Soycurl Salad by Homegrown Smoker is soo good! It comes with your choice of BBQ or buffalo smoked soy curls ( I opted for BBQ), coconut bacon bits, corn, avocado, bleu cheese crumbles, and tortilla strips tossed in ranch dressing. The bleu cheese was incredible and easily the best bleu cheese I’ve had since going vegan in 2012. I highly recommend trying this salad!
