For £1 this makes 4 decent pancakes which was enough for us and our dog, of course! So easy, just add 290ml oat milk and shake for a minute and pour into the pan! The taste was exactly how I remember pancakes to be, soft and fluffy in the middle with a slightly crispy edge. Had ours with coconut sugar, orange juice and elmlea double plant cream!! Delicious 😋
