This popular Northern Thai curry had firm and chewy yellow noodles, fantastic crispy, crunchy organic tempeh, and house-flavored umami-rich shiitake mushrooms in a very aromatic coconut milk broth. This broth was creamy and flavored with curry paste, peanuts, and spices, giving it incredibly delicious sweet and savory flavors. Topped with crispy wontons, shallots, red onions, cilantro, and limes.
