This product responds very well to moisture when it's cooked or added to soups and stews. It has a nice texture and absorbs any seasoning or flavor I add to it. It is loaded with protein at 12 g,, 0 sodium, and 10% iron and potassium. It's really nice for sauces and stews and soups.
