I just finished this bottle of Magnesium bisglycinate from Viridian and I am very satisfied with this product. It's plant based and doesn't contain any unnecessary additives which is the number 1 thing I look for in a supplement. This form of magnesium is also very bioavaliable and very calming, especially before bed. I would buy it again for sure.
