OK but why do these ACTUALLY taste like a elote preparado?!
Its been a long time since I had a nonvegan traditional mexican prepared elote with all the fixings. It was a mexican cream, crumbly cheese, chili, etc.
I was not expecting these to taste so similar! It has all the dairy flavors especially, without the dairy. If you like elote they are great but seem to be a very niche product in my opinion.
