This dish gives you the option to choose between seitan or portobello mushroom. I chose the mushroom in the picture. It is a buttered mushroom and mushroom gravy , rice and potatoes. It also comes with corn flour farofa, which is very traditional in Brazilian food. It is difficult to find my favorite teva dish . So many amazing ones.
