The menu doesn’t say it’s vegan but I checked - it’s sautéed mushroom with thyme and spinach on a white bean hummus toasty ciabatta slice. I did just say remove all dairy to make extra certain.
Lovely simple breakfast with lots of flavours. I added tobasco cause I enjoy some heat.
