Another winner from Abe’s!

My bf really loves Abe’s lemon loaf and had requested it, but my Whole Foods was out so I opted for these lemon poppyseed mini muffins as an alternative choice.

I think the only other vegan lemon poppyseed muffins I’ve had before were homemade; I don’t recall seeing another.

These are nice and moist, as well as really flavorful. I had two in the afternoon as a snack/break and it was lovely. They pair well with tea.

These were $5.99 for 12 mini muffins at Whole Foods.
