Wow! I really liked this cheese on our vegan turkey subs last night. It’s hard to say without a side by side taste test but this might be my favorite vegan cheddar to date. Supposedly it melts really well too but I haven’t tried that yet. It has a good balanced flavor, starting sharp but finishing creamy so it didn’t feel like that weird overly sharp “fake” flavor some vegan cheeses have. I would definitely buy this again!! 💯
