Review of Minced Pork Eggplant with Sweet Basil (Vegetarian option) at Little Elephant Thai Bistro by theveganduck

The eggplant was SOOOOOO good? the outside was nicely charred and almost crispy with a tender inside. It had a good bite to it without being undercooked. Super flavourful and would highly recommend!
