I finally made the pilgrimage to Champs Diner in Williamsburg Brooklyn. The menu was unreal! So many amazing vegan options but for me it was all about the nachos, mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers! All at 12pm when I really should have been just having a salad. But we’ll ignore that and dig right into these nachos.

House made tortilla chips, tons of cheese sauce and sour cream and delicious strips and slivers of seitan. My guest ordered a salad and said they’d eat some but they stuck to the salad and I barely got through half of the nachos! They were pretty incredible. If you’re in the area be sure to check this place. It’s totally worth taking the train in from anywhere in the city 🗽
