Rabbit’s Cafe dish known as Rabbit’s Hash consists of savory tempeh, fried crimini mushrooms, roasted bell peppers, red onions, potatoes, avocado sauce 🥑 , and scallions. This was super tasty and savory, and I appreciated how lightly fried the mushrooms were while also being perfectly crisp.
