I underestimated how great the simply v cheese would taste on a professionally baked pizza. it's this feeling of unhealthy greasy hangover pizza, we loved it.
Also, the kitchen has glass walls, so the preparation of the food is visible to customers waiting on the streets. in light of recent headlines concerning vegan food at other fast food chains, definitely a plus.
