I love this sandwich (it may just be my new fave!). So since I work here, I usually put my own twist on the sandwiches/burgers. I used our signature poblano ranch spread on the buns and the pickles on bottom. Made with three Beyond tenders and I slapped some melted Violife cheese on top. Uber delicious!
