Yes, this is indeed a bizarre dish, and that is literally the name of the dish on the delivery application. I would have definitely preferred boiled dumplings in soup, but it is what it is. At least the serving of dumplings was generous, to the point where the bowl was filled to the brim with dumplings and vegetables.
