Review of Kimbap at Saute-San by skootykoots

We were greedy and ordered this as a side dish along with their orh luak and a main dish each. Interesting take on the #sushi style korean dish.

Hmmm,nothing too spectacular about this tho. Very filling,lots of ingredient but perhaps too dry? Maybe it wld be nice if they hv some sort of vegan mayo in it? Good to be dipped with the soy sauce. Oh i left the wasabi out so maybe thts why its dry.
