This taco was delicious and perfect after sharing some of their loaded nachos. Club Mexicana is entirely vegan, and this taco consists of Annatto glazed fried chick’n, avocado, pickled cabbage, mustard mayo, pink onions, and pickled chili. 🌮 🌶
