Review of Chile En Nogada at Mora Mora by darkxocolatl
I needed to try this dish before the season ends. The mix of tempeh, seeds and dry fruit was delicious. The "nogada" by itself wasn't very tasty but the whole experience is amazing 😋

skootykoots Looks really interesting. So it’s wrapped in a fruit n steamed? @darkxocolatl 1 likeReply
darkxocolatl The wrap is a not spicy chile previously prepared. The mix is steamed and the nogada is made by almonds. Then, everything is served along with pomegranate 😋 It's a typical dish in August and September, which represents the three colors of the flag 🇲🇽Reply
