At a recent online seminar entitled “Ancient Remedies for Modern Illnesses” seminar, physicians (MD), herbalists, oriental medicine and Ayurvedic practitioners discussed the benefits of Ashwagandha and Tulsi (Holy Basil) - along with many other amazing herbs and plants - and I found these infusion bags (tea) and wanted to try them. I love herbal teas and this is one I’ve not ever tried before. I’m particularly interested in the immune system support. This fits perfectly into my new dietary routine and cutting back on coffee. Now I would just love to find a herbalist or functional medicine practitioner near me so I can rebuild my health.
