Ok, I generally would never choose to go to any Hard Rock Cafe but was given a free voucher for a dinner and dessert there. I highly doubt most HRC’s in the US have become as vegan-friendly as this one in London, but maybe I’m wrong. This house-made vegan sticky toffee pudding was topped with butterscotch sauce and plant based vanilla ice cream. Just as it looks, this dessert was very, very good and a total splurge. Luckily, I’ve been getting in an average of 20,000 steps a day here, so I can hardly kick myself for indulging.
If you find yourself in London or the UK, checking out the various Hard Rock Cafe’s menus may be worth your time. Aside from this original English dessert, most of the locations offer a ‘Moving Mountains’ brand vegan burger with vegan cheese and veggies, 🍔 and this location also has a bbq jackfruit sandwich special at the moment. Though I usually don’t flock to chains like this, I applaud this particular Hard Rock Cafe for adapting and offering more vegan items than a veggie burger. 👏
