Hummus. It’s the food of gods, and for me it’s something so simple and yet so perfect. It can be a side dish, an appetizer or even the main event at a meal. It’s just that perfectly versatile.

And who better to make hummus than the people of Israel 🇮🇱 at North Miznon in Singapore. This stuff is absolutely delicious, just be sure to ask for it #veganized because otherwise it’s served with sea life.
