Purchased from Triple F Cafe in Sale, Vic.

This is a new item for them and I looked forward to having it for my lunch at work.

Served cold, there were two salad type options to choose from, so I asked for a bit of both. In a basic description, the Peanut 'Slaw is the pasta with a peanut sauce, the other is a Cous Cous dish with peas, sweetcorn and spring onion.

It tasted very nice and would happily have again. It suits the busy office as I don't have to microwave.

As you can see, it is served in a cardboard type bowl to reduce waste, however, it did come with a plastic lid (recyclable?).

Overall, I appreciate the vegan options this cafe offers in a rural town.

If I were to make a candid and open suggestion, as much as I liked it, I am not the biggest fan of peanuts, so maybe an alternative sauce on the pasta would suit my taste buds, but that is just my preference.
