Shoyu Ramen— bouillon de legumes de saison
I had misread that I’d get heaps of veggies with my noodles but really it’s that the broth was made with 17 types veggies; the dish itself was a bit low on veggies. Thats on me and my bad French. Regardless, it was a yummy soup. The ramen was springy, and I enjoyed the addition of crispy lotus roots too.

Not vegan, but Neko ramen has a couple of vegan-friendly options. Few starters, a ramen, and a curry. Staff are friendly and it’s a nice place.
