This consisted of lots of tender, slightly chewy, springy rice noodles, tofu, tomatoes 🍅, and 🌱-based 🦀, 🐥, beef, and ham in a richly flavorful comforting broth with a nice spicy kick. It was incredibly satisfying. (Gluten-free option) #saveveganrestaurants

This looks like a really delicious #glutenfree soup. I don’t think I’ve ever tried such a dish with all the proteins mixed in like that. Love that it’s so filling! Will have to try this one as well! 😍
