Wow this is so delicious! I love salty sweet cookies, and this hits the balance perfectly. The tahini provides a subtle nuttiness that compliments it all really well. And even though it was from the case, it was soft and melty like it had been fresh baked. $3 for a nice sized cookie doesn't sound too bad to me.
