This taste incredibly good! The "fish" on top was made from yellow bell pepper that was marinated in their seaweed vegetable stock for 2 weeks! The texture is amazingly soft. The cream on top is savory and tangy with a very subtle heat to it. It's mindblowing that this is vegan
