If you have ever eaten Cauliflower you know it's very bland, but this dish, oh my!!! A huge piece of Panko Crumbed Cauliflower (that has a mouthfeel of fried fish or a crispy chicken Schnitzel) drenched in a cashew cream, served with a dukkah and a crispy artichoke salad. Unique, Filling and Very appetizing. Pleasantly surprised to have been able to enjoy a full main meal that is on the same level as the meat dishes.
