This consisted of seasoned tofu scramble with spinach, diced tomatoes, caramelized onions, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, and 🐮🥛-free cheese, plus herby vegan sausage. It was full of flavor, hearty, and satisfying. Served with sourdough toast and crispy hash browns.
