This consisted of a grilled arepa with a crispy exterior and fluffy center buried generously under shredded lettuce, chimichurri slaw, and esquites salad made with grilled sweet corn, almond cotija, cilantro, and jalapeños. Topped with savory chorizo cauliflower, pico de gallo, chunky house guacamole, and fresh shaved radish. Served with a side of sweet and spicy Green Goblin sauce.
