SO GOOD. the spice was mild but the flavor profile was incredibly dense, especially with the green sauce on top (i guessed it was a cilantro avocado whipped topping). the texture was great and the portion was huge; i had to take half home with me.

all plant based and locally sourced from small family farms as well! the only problem i’d say was the online ordering system was confusing for my parents lol
