Not on the permanent menu, this is part of the 2022 National Day menu available 5-14 Aug! OnlyEg round patty cubes mixed with vegan mayo, dill, and black pepper, generously spread on grilled foccacia bread. The taste and texture of OnlyEg wasn't so distinct in this dish; personally found the vegan egg mayo quite similar to Love Handle's in-house version with soy and agar agar 'egg whites' ($14)
