A super satisfying and filling salad with a lot of components like sweet potato, quinoa, beet root, edamame, avocado, nuts, veggies and a dressing by your choice. I chose the Chipotle dressing which was very slightly spicy, but my friend who rarely eats spicy percieved it as spicy. Definitely would recommend.
