É deliciosa, tem recheio de tofu e legumes, milho, cogumelos, espinafre. A pastelaria Lara coffee é bastante vegan-friendly, tem tostas vegetarianas, margarina vegetal, manteiga de amendoim e doce para torradas, leite vegetal. Excelente!
